Case Study: The 3 Days to Video Sales Mini-Site

When I launched the final version of the 3 Days to Video sales mini-site, many of you were excited about how different it looked and functioned, as opposed to a long form sales letter page.

So in the first of a planned series of case studies (on videos, websites, programs), here’s a behind the scenes tour of the new 3 Days to Video site, including the strategy and technology I used to create it!

Let me know below what you think about the new style of sales page, what you think of how sales pages/sites are being used (and what annoys the frak out of you), and what other pages are great examples to model for creating our own sales sites!

EPW, you are a genius! I have never been a big fan of the long form sales letter (online) and although @DaveDee would tell me that it is what gets the most conversions, it has always felt off for me. THIS method, on the other hand, MAKES SENSE! You have broken it down into easily digestible pieces and everything is neatly categorized and easy to navigate.

I seriously think you have a new product here… How to Create Killer Online Salesletters for web 3.0 :) But, thanks for making this version free. You are a giver! ;) Thank you!!!

Here’s the thing — the long form sales letter *got* the most conversions. compared to what, I’m not sure. but it has to be tested again, for this time, this product, this target market … just because something worked in the past, does not mean it works now. :)

      thanks Britt!

I love the new style, and I agree – your audience definitely vibes more with this condensed type of sales page.

I also like that it keeps the same look & feel of your main site, which is another awesome branding idea. :) You are on fire my dear!
