It's helpful to hear this from you in this format (it's freaking free coaching!).

We're in crazy growth mode over here, too, with TWO companies. We're launching 6 programs this summer between the two, and it's nuts to try and move stuff forward so fast. nuts but necessary. Money likes speed - Dan Kennedy said that, didn't he? Anywho, since I like money (or at least my staff does!), I better learn to like speed.

The other thing I've learned is that my tribes don't always respond to the "traditional" marketing approach. I've gotten better luck when I tailor my launches to my own style. And yes, the first dibs list makes marketing SO much easier, because those folks WANT to hear what's up.
