The original idea of the EveryDay Project was to take on a new thing every month – stuff like being bold and asking for help and contributing something to someone and being in the spotlight. Adding those things onto the habits I was already focusing on, such as daily meditation, morning pages, and stretching before bed. But I failed to recognize two important things: the difference between habits & taking on new things, and the power of focus.
