Absolutely, the basic purpose of the vacations are to revive and to rejuvenate ourselves. I think that it will be a very good thing to go for a vacation that can really relax bit and have fun. I do understand your concern as this is the case with a couple of my friends. Taking a break off from the usual routine is very essential, not only does it help you get through with better thoughts but also keeps you going. Hope you get some time off from your busy schedule to take care of your own self.

My parents started taking me camping when I was just 3 months old. Every summer we went to a differant one. There are many out west in warm climates. However, my personal favorite is Acadia on Mt. Desert Island in Maine. My father later started working there as a Park Naturalist and eventually retired there some 20 yrs ago. He still does boat tours in the summer months on the 'Sea Princess'. A little chilly for the time your taking a trip, but the scenery is gorgeous. Plenty of fun things for kids of all ages. If your not in to camping, there are plenty of hotels/motels or you could look into renting a house as well.

With young children you rarely ever get a break from them unless they are sleeping. I hope you had a great time visiting Hawaii, it is quite a beautiful island to visit.
