What Personal Information Do We Collect and How Do We Use Your Information?

The third-party services we currently use are: Insightly (CRM), Airtable (database), Slack (staff communication), Google services (email, drive/documents, calendar), RightSignature (document signatures), PayPal (payment processing), Stripe (payment processing), Harvest (invoicing), Basecamp (archive client documents), Dropbox (client documents), Backblaze (hard drive backups), Backupify (backup), EarthClassMail (mailbox), Akismet (spam reduction), Acuity (appointment scheduling), and ConvertKit (email marketing).

EPW will not trade, share, or sell your information to any other company without giving you express notification, except for specific third parties who assist us in taking care of you, as listed above. These third parties all agree to keep your information confidential. EPW will also release your information as required by law and if necessary to protect EPW’s legal rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order, to prevent threats to others or illegal activities, or to prevent abuse of this website.

Information Regarding Children

This website is not directed to people who are under 13 years of age. We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.
